Paul Mitchell the School Portsmouth is fully equipped to meet all the demands of modern hair, while at the same time providing a high-tech atmosphere and attitude for progressive personal development. The 5,428 square-foot facility includes a student lounge with lockers, client reception, management offices, private classrooms, workstations, and equipment.
Paul Mitchell the School Portsmouth has a street-level entrance with a wheelchair-compatible elevator up to the second-floor space. The elevator is located at the front entrance of the school. Paul Mitchell The School Portsmouth is also equipped with one (1) Handicap accessible bathroom. There is a water cooler located in the service desk/Guest check-in area of the school. The classrooms and Guest service/clinic area are also accessible for use by someone who is physically handicapped.
Students must abide by local (city and/or landlord) parking rules, which are announced during orientation. Paul Mitchell The School Portsmouth will not be responsible for parking violations and/or towing fees.
There are three (3) municipal parking lots maintained by the City of Portsmouth located approximately five minutes distance from the school.
- Masonic Lot (Free); Corner of Miller Avenue and Middle Street.
- Parrott Ave. Lot (Free); Intersection of Pleasant St., Parrott Ave & Junkins Avenue.
- South Mill Pond Lot (Free); Junkins Avenue.
